ԱՅԼԸՆՏՐԱՆՔ Գիտական Հանդես #1 2012 (#5)

This article examines key issues concerning the role of public administration
in the improvement of existing and working out new mechanisms for
implementing fiscal policies. It becomes obvious that isolated measures
to raise the efficiency of fiscal policy may not lead to anticipated outcome
without restructuring the overall system of public administration.

Countriesof Central and Eastern Europe currently representing the European
Union had started from the economic reforms in public administration
using the benchmarks and considering success stories in Europe and in
the United States. Taking into consideration the specific conditions of Armenia
as a country with an economy in transition, the government shall
construct new mechanisms to increase the efficiency of fiscal policies in
the system of public administration.
